The breakfast had a great selection, including a full English that fueled our long journey.
The bed was a bit firm for my liking and could use extra pillows.

Loved the location right across from the tram stop! The room was spotless and quite spacious, and the bonus of free parking was fabulous. The hostess made everything easy, and I felt right at home.
A few extra hooks for towels wouldn't go amiss either.

had a fab stay at hotel242! great hosts who treated us like fam, super helpful n friendly. the breakfast setup was on point, really enjoyed how it all worked instead of buffet chaos. the room was clean and cozy, had plenty of supplies like tea n coffee. the location was super convenient for tram access n free parking, loved it!
only a bit annoyed about the bed being too firm for my liking and the room coulda use some extra pillows. also, a bathroom bin would be handy.

Comfortable Stay with Family Vibes
We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights with lovely owners who treated us warmly. Breakfast was a highlight. Don't miss nearby Bispham Kitchen for delicious meals! Arrive early for parking and check out the park across the street for a nice stroll.

A fab find!
Had an awesome stay here! The cooked breakfast was delish. They had free cookies available. The staff even recognized our anniversary which was such a sweet touch. Though it takes a bit to walk into town, there’s a tram nearby if you're not feeling it. Honestly, just a bit noisy outside at night, but nothing too crazy.

I had a fantastic time with my family enjoying breakfast served with friendly smiles, and we loved how everything from Kingscote Park to the beach was so close, making our city strolls a delight. It's also less than a 5-minute walk to a variety of cafés and restaurants where we enjoyed some local bites.
